3. Order Policy (PREPAID ONLY)
- VIVEA FASHION accepts ONLY PREPAID ORDERS.
- Cash-on-Delivery (COD) is not available.
- Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled unless mentioned in the Return Policy.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if:
- Payment issues occur

Delivery Time
- Standard delivery within 3–5 business days (India).
- Remote locations may take additional time as per courier serviceability.
Shipping & Logistics
- Every order ships free, no extra charges.
- Once dispatched, VIVEA FASHION is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Delivery attempts and rescheduling depend solely on the logistics partner's policies.
- Tracking details will be shared via SMS/email once the order is shipped.
5. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Return Validity
- Returns must be requested within 7 business days of delivery.
- Return is accepted only for valid reasons such as incorrect product, size issue, or manufacturing defect.
Inspection & Approval

6. Blind Box – Special Terms
By purchasing a Blind Box, you agree that:
- Blind Box items are mystery-based; you cannot choose the products.
- Blind Box purchases are final — no returns, exchanges, or refunds, except for damaged delivery.
- For damage claims, you must notify within 48 hours with clear proof.
- Approval of damage claims is subject to internal inspection.
